Core Healing Techniqe
(C.H.T)
What is
C.H.T?
C.H.T. was developed by Virginia
Dassler. C.H.T. is an exciting, new
therapeutic technique that safely facilitates the emotional
healing of current problems and deeper issues, which lets
you live life to the fullest. It provides a powerful
resource in the resolution of depression, anxiety, panic
attacks, grief and loss, as well as recovery from
codependency and all types of past abuse: physical,
emotional, verbal and sexual.
How does C.H.T.
do this?
Muscle testing is used to assist and
guide you to recall a specific negative emotion and
when it first occurred. We then use the Clearing
Technique to turn all those weaknesses into
strengths.
C.H.T. can accomplish this
systematically and comprehensively. A further
advantage is that this technique allows us to locate
and resolve your Top Priority Item(s). A Top
Priority Item is defined as the experience in your past
which has caused the most damage, and the healing of
which will provide the most relief and release.
Thus, this approach is extremely effective in a short
period of time.
What is C.H.T supposed
to accomplish?
C.H.T. seeks to normalize
a neurological imbalance that will promote a change
in physiology towards better health. It deals
only with your physiologic reaction to a past
event.
Will I forget the stressful
event or negative emotion?
C.H.T. will not make,
correct or change your recollection of the past
event, nor will it confirm what may have actually
happened in the past. It deals with perception. All
we ask from C.H.T. is to acknowledge an
event, imagined or otherwise, that has
significantly impacted you.
What are the basic
assumption of C.H.T.?
There is a deeper part of you
that knows the truth about you. Emotional
trauma is stored in the body. We can
access this through muscle testing. Such
trauma can be gently and easily
released.
Is C.H.T.
safe?
Correction of a negative
emotions is safe and gentle. Clients
often express immediate relief following
C.H.T. It
is not subtle. With the emotional side of the
triangle of health strengthened, you can
clarify the needs and integrity of your
structural and biochemical
health.
How often might I need
C.H.T.?
There are layers of structural,
biochemical and emotional factors causing ill
health. Thus, returning to vibrant and
resilient health is actually a “peeling”
process in harmony with the timing of the
body’s own healing wisdom. Most people need
three or four clearings, but I have seen up to
fourteen needed.
Does C.H.T.
involve psychological
counseling?
C.H.T. is not a substitute
for psychological or psychiatric therapy.
Patients who show a possible need for
psychotherapy are referred to psychological
or psychiatric professionals for evaluation
and/or treatment. The correction of a
C.H.T. is a physiological phenomenon that
does not involve counseling, guidance, or
advice. It is purely a matter of the body’s
response to acknowledging an underlying
negative emotion and enabling the body to
reduce/eliminate the impact the emotion has
on your body, and mind.
What are the results
of C.H.T?
People report feeling
lighter, freer, and clearer. People
report quick relief and release of
difficult issues that they expected to be
problematic fro a long time. People
report discovering and clearing-up issues
that they hadn't known were negatively
affecting them.
What else can C.H.T.
do for me?
The influence of this
technique is limitless. It is aimed
at maximizing the physiology of the body
through the removal of conditioned
reflexes. By using C.H.T. optimal health
and success in all areas of life can be
maximized.
